babe we need you as much as we need her. we cannot lose you because you stretched yourself too thin trying to save her (not that i dont want to save her or that she doesnt deserve it, i just couldnt bear it if i lost both of you). i know that it hurts but you need to keep yourself safe. i love you. i need you. *hugs*

I can hear from your words how distressed and panicked you are, honey - try and keep breathing slowly and calmly. Do you think you can tell us what's happening to make you feel so bad? I draw from the other replies that maybe you are pushing yourself to help someone or something and that's part of how you are feeling now. Is that what's going on? If you need to, take some time offline and ring Samaritans just to talk it all out in the open. No matter how much we try and help people, we can only do so much. It's hard to accept, I know, but we will be no good to the person we're trying to help if we allow ourselves to fall apart without help. Stay safe love,
