I am currently:
*Positive Recovery Post* - Update.

This is just a small, quick thread because I'd love some encouragement & feedback.

I am recovering.

In fact; I am very, very close to being finally in a healthy weight range! My goal is to be there for my birthday and/or birthday party. It's pretty exciting to watch myself transform into someone that looks healthy.

The last time I got to this weight, things got bad shortly after & I started a cycle of binging and starving which affected my weight. But now I am back here and hoping I can keep it up, and surpass my previous weight and be even more within the healthy range.

My eating habits are so healthy right now and best of all, I enjoy it! I sure hope this keeps up.

Aimee you are so strong, keep fighting, keep focused and you will get there, and on your birthday you will look and feel absolutely amazing because this is something you have achieved, and it is by no means an easy thing to do.
