i feel... bad
don't know why i am feeling so down tonight. no real reason. i really want to hurt myself, partly out of boredom, partly to relieve stress. i know if i can go make it to bed without doing anything then i'll be good. it's just too early and i don't want to do anything. i mean, i was planning on dying my hair, and i have a tv stand to fix. i could wash dishes etc. but i just feel blah. and bad. i am alone and i have no interest in my typical distracters...

It’s funny. When you think of someone saving a life, you think of them doing some great heroic act. When really, sometimes it’s just being there for someone, so they don’t do something incredibly tragic.

well, i pulled out my book (it's summer now so i get to read for entertainment) and i'm just about ready to go to sleep. i know i'm going to feel better in the morning and even better when i remember i didn't do anything stupid.
