Positive recovery post - I'm no longer a self-harmer!

Yep, it's true. I have mixed feelings about the concept of not being a self-harmer anymore, but I am not one. It has been about 3 months and 2 weeks since I've hurt myself, and it is to the point where I'm quite confident I can resist any urge, no matter how strong. It sucks sometimes to not have that outlet, but I've proven to myself I can do it. Yay me!

That's awesome, well done to you for getting so far and being able to ignore the urges, proud of you as I know how hard it can be to get through self harm :)

We're all proud of you and you should be of yourself. I know how hard it is to fight the urges for so long.
