You should start by talking about the core of your problems, depression is a problem but it is a problem that is really a symptom of other bigger problems, you need to sort the bigger problems - maybe just by talking about them, and hopefully that'll help you in your present moment with your depression c:

I guess you should start by talking! Maybe make a thread in one of the relevant boards, and if that seems too daunting, maybe type it out somewhere private first, to practise typing the words, before you feel ready to share what you've written.
