Need Australian Time Zoned Live Help Chat

I live in Austraila and whenever I am online live help chat is offline. could we please get some live help chat people who are in the Australian time zone?

You may need it, that doesnt mean you are going to get it. These people are volunteers. They cant be online all the time. There arent as many people from your timezone on ryl so to find one that is willing and capable to be on and support others may be hard.

Have you tried helplines in your area instead. There is a list of phone numbers somewhere on the main site i think.

As a UK based website the majority of members as well as staff is from the respective time zone. Unfortunately it is not always possible to accommodate other time zones, but hopefully you'll find other ways of getting immediate support.

You can also try to go into chat, it is a good way of getting support from members. You can also email Supporters (support@recoveryourlife.com), but note that depending on when people are online and feeling able to reply it can take some time.

Hi there. We do turn it on at all sorts of times but getting LiveHelp Supporters isn't as simple as simply recruiting Australian members; we first pick members who are supportive on the forums/chat, then they become Supporters, then they become more experienced/etc., then they are trained up as LiveHelp Supporters. Even if I found someone tomorrow it could be a year or more before they were ready to use LiveHelp unassisted.

You could also try posting a thread, and even if you don't get a reply straight away (which you may well do, as there are many members who are in the australian time zone or are in a different time zone but have an unusual sleep pattern), you may well get some replies and feedback over the next 24 hours or so.

I live in NZ so am not too far ahead of Australia and quite often see live chat online.
There is also the chat rooms as mentioned before, unfortunately our numbers from down under are dwindling therefore finding suitable people to be able to take on the role is SUPER limited.
I wish you luck in getting the support you need though!
