For coffee, by strong I mean espresso :P
For tea I tend to only really drink loose tea that I buy from the Asian supermarket and have to brew in a pot. It's a little more effort but it's definitely worth it.

i have my coffee really strong with just a wee bit of milk and 2 sugars
hardly ever drink tea but when i do it has to be really strong with just a wee bit of milk, no sugar and and a little bit of cold water(i like it not too hot but wont add extra milk)
But failing that I like regular coffee made pretty milky with 3 sugars :)

Tea... Not too strong, quite a bit of milk. Half or 1 teaspoon of sweetener, depending on how I feel.
Except at school, where they won't give me sweetener, so one sugar, and I have no control over how much milk there either... =/
Coffee... No thanks.
Recently I've been drinking more tea than I used to, I have at least one cup a day now.
