Hello there im really sorry to hear that you feel like giving up. Please dont give up. I know its very hard but you can get through this. Could you talk to us about what it is thats made you feel like this? I care about you so much and so do many others.

i managed to get through the night without giving up but its just always there in my head the urges the easily being triggered
i think im just going through a rough patch but it seems the only thing that can help me right now so giving up would be the easiest thing to do
