Spicy (but not fire alarm hot) chili! With beans, of course!

I got a rattlesnake in the freezer, I think I'll try making rattlesnake chili sometime soon.

I also really like a hearty homemade beef stew with taters and carrots

My favorite soups are vegetarian chili and homemade tomato soup.

Mushrooooooom. And cream of chicken.

Although once when my mum was ill her colleague left us a box of home-grown fresh vegetables on our doorstep. She left us a marrow, and my brother made a black peppered marrow soup, and oh gosh, it was the best soup ever in the universe.
