Thanks osc. I had my phone call with my spiritual director this morning which helped.

My Mind advocate has finished the letter so i just need to drop it off at the CMHT. he said to go back to him if it doesn't get heard because there are other options.

My cpn has been insisting for weeks/months that there is nothing they can do medically -
new psych is going to increase my clozapine...

Is that a more acceptable thing for you?

Yeah, after all, things can't get worse.

I had a seizure yesterday, it's weird, i can't remember anything but apparently that's normal. The paramedic agreed with my mum that it's probably a side effect of clozapine.

I spoke to my CPN and he is sorting a lamotrogine increase.

I've never had a seizure before, I'm scared it will happen again.

It's good your team is aware and can keep an eye on it.

I'm on 2 regular meds, clozapine and lurasidone. They want to stop my lurasidone. I'm scared of the Organisation, I'm scared of having another seizure.

Have you spoken to anyone about your worries? You don't have to be alone with this.

I told my mum, she says we have to wait and see.

Tomorrow I have a blood test for my clozapine levels. The results effect whether my clozapine stays the same/increases/decreases.

It's understandable to worry about having another seizure.
Hopefully it won't happen though.

I hope they can find a dose that will be helpful. How long does it take for your clozapine levels to measured and they get back to about what they're going to do, do you know?

I'm meant to have a blood test today but stupidly i have taken my morning dose so the number will be all wrong. I spoke to my CPN and he said to have the bloods done anyway and just warn the nurse doing it. Mum reckons they'll say to have it another day.

It wasn't a problem :) just the wait for results now.

I'm scared that when I come off lurasidone, the clozapine will make my weight balloon.

Have you mentioned that to anyone?

I told my mum and she reassured me that i probably won't gain weight because I haven't gained weight this time around, but to tell the psychiatrist how i feel.
