I am currently:
bleached hair

does anyone have any tips on getting it back into decent condition? I bleach my roots every couple of months & they get really really dry & frizzy for about a week-10 days

Deep conditioning masks will help!

Boots or superdrug. think the Aussie range would be good, they do hardcore conditioners. Do you straighten or blow dry? Using heat protector might help.

I usually get mine from super drug, get a specific hair mask not just a bottle of conditioner, put it on, shower cap and leave it for 10 mins or so, should help! If you can avoid straightening/blow drying your hair for a while that will help too!

Argan oil is good for damaged hair too!

Lush do a hair mask for blonde hair called Marilyn. I leave it on overnight.
If your hair is proper dry use coconut oil! My pharmacy does a tub for £1.95
