I thought id introduce myself because ive not visited here for a long time.
My name is Charlie, I used to be Gemma, and I used to be here a while ago, I had another log in but forgot it also.
Im back because what with everything, im feeling very anxious and all of the old feelings are flooding back. Ive been doing fairly well at controlling them but in the last 10 days it has been impossible.
Im hoping that you all don't mind me popping back, its been a long time and im really scared.
