I'm on it. I think I can honestly say it saved my life - it stopped me heading for a metaphorical car crash and also allowed me to stay at uni.

A girl I was in hospital with was on this and she said it really helped her come out of a manic episode and stabilise on a mood.

I'm on semi-sodium valproate (Depakote), which I think is similar. Works pretty well for me and didn't really get any noticeable side effects. Good luck with it. :)

I take this at a very high dose. When I first started it, it saved my life but now that I have increased the dose I have noticed dizziness, nasuasa but as you problery know everyone reacts differently. The o my I do t like is how big the pills are but it's available in liquid which is a benefit. If you need anything just message me. Meds cn be a s art step at first but also a positive life change.

I'm on this. It's really starting to help with my bipolar. Mood swings have evened out.

Had a bit of a dry mouth for a while but am fine now.

Thanks again guys I found a different combo instead of this but I will keep it in mind as I'm sure it could be an option for the future. X
