Now I am no beginner when it comes to shin splints, I have had them time and time again. Week before a dance competition and woop-de-doo they are back. My question is.... is it better to tape your shins in the "criss cross" method, or wear the shin "socks" thingings. Suggestions to wear while dancing? While just going about the day? Yes, I will ice and not dance on it when I don't have too, but any one have anything they swear on? I have worked with both ways but I don't know which helps more... or hurts more
