What to post / What not to post in this forum.

The Moving Forward forum.

This is a place for members who have recovered, or are actively working towards recovery from their self injury problems, where they can post to celebrate their achievements, discuss important issues or concerns regarding recovery from self harm, and receive support and encouragement when facing situations that may threaten their recovery.

What to Post in this forum -

*Personal accounts of the road to recovery, and how you feel now you have recovered

*Announcements of milestones/celebrations/congratulations messages for people in recovery

*Tips on things that helped you when recovering

*Support threads are allowed, so long as they are mainly recovery orientated, and remain positive.

What NOT to Post in this forum -

*Anything that could be considered triggering should usually be kept to one of the other boards.

*Posts with a negative attitude towards recovery

*Posts which ask for support that would be better suited to another board

*Any content that goes against RYL's Terms and Conditions of posting.

This board is here so you can post about anything positive related to recovery. As this forum is a self injury forum, please be aware that most, if not all threads will contain talk about self harm. There are two labels in use in this board, and these are;
Contains abuse - for when your thread talks about sexual, physical or emotional abuse.
Contains ED - for when your thread talks about an eating disorder.

Please remember this board is a positive board, so if you are feeling down and need to talk about any other issue, please use the correct board.

Please also remember to abide by the RYL rules.
