Before I did that I kept the piece of paper as a prompt, but that just led to thoughts of I better not say that bit, or that bit or that bit. When those were important things for them to know. It's much better if you hand the sheet over to them so they can read it all. Good luck.

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
