cravings/urges
I'm having really bad urges to cut all of sudden, out of nowhere...i've been good for years except for a few slip-ups in the past few months. I'm so frustrated because i wonder if i will ever not feel these urges, if there will ever be a time when these feelings are so familiar. will this always be my cross to bear, or will it really go away at some point?
