I've never heard of CBT-P so I'll ask about it
I'm not convinced I have a mental illness still though.
I was supposed to have ward round today but I was asleep and the doctor said not to wake me up.
So I'm annoyed about that because I want to come off 1:1.
And they said they're going to try to get me back to my local area which I don't want because I'm worried about being forced to have ECT again and being made to go into supported housing.
