I’m really not in a good place at the moment. I’ve kind of hit breaking point.
I’m struggling to do anything. I’m struggling to look after myself and my wife is having to do most of the caring for our son because I’m finding nearly impossible to do the very basics.
My mood is really low, I’m seeing and hearing lots of scary stuff, I’m really worried about being watched and followed.
I’m not sleeping well. I’m struggling to hold conversations and have been isolating.
On Tuesday I had a lapse with self-harming.
