I’m thinking of adding more communication cards to my lanyard for the things i usually can’t say. Things like ‘i need a break’ to show when group activities get too much, ‘this situation makes me anxious’ ‘can i have some help’ ‘can i have some space’ ‘i need to talk to someone’ ‘i’m not good with eye contact’ ‘i can’t cope with this situation any longer’ Things like that. I know it’s personal but does anyone have some suggestions of what might be helpful to include?





I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
