Nooooo not a self harm thing at all, more just a "got to stab people on a weekly basis" thing! That's why I thought it was probably a typo! XD
I used to have daily injections, one of which was meant to be done at the same time every day so I dunno why my brain went straight to stabbing other people, rather than injections. Silly me.
