Taken from The Rolling Stone - The Week In Wierd 22 July 2005
Protest groups are a dime a dozen these days, but every once in a while one comes along that we feel compelled to single out for fighting the good fight. A group calling itself Mothers Against Hard Rock has emerged from the other side of 1956 to announce a plan to rid the world of bands its members find offensive -- a list that, as of right now, is limited to the Used and My Chemical Romance. While we have a hard time arguing with the moms in question about their collective taste -- vomit-prone Mormon whiners don't deserve much slack in our book, either -- we won't be joining their ranks until they begin to take on the real enemy. Ladies, please allow us to introduce you to the collected works of Mr. Fred Durst . . .
i love you rolling stone.
