Hi, welcome to RYL. I can relate to how you're feeling, once self harm has been an option it often becomes an option in the future. You can develop new coping strategies though and it's ok to slip up sometimes and then get back on track. I hope the EMDR therapy is useful.





I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

You didn't come this far just to come this far.
