What to post and what not to post in the Introduction Forum.

What to post.

• Your introduction, which is normally a little bit of information about yourself, but never post personal information such as your address or phone number.
• You can also reply to other people's introductions, hug their threads, and welcome them to RYL.

What not to post.

• Asking for support for your self harm or eating disorder should be posted in the correct forums- see the support and advice forum listing.
• Questions about how RYL works, or complaints, must be posted in the Forum and Community Questions only.
• Posts must not breach the terms and conditions of posting. If you see anything which does, please report it using the little "REPORT" button at the bottom left of the post
