I am seriously losing it i dont know what the hell is wrong with me!
I keep having really bad nightmares and they are scaring me, I hardly sleep i havnt eaten proply in 4 days and im always paranoid. I also really miss my ex best friend but i cant put up with her shit anymore!
I feel as tho im just better of dead im very close to cuttin up again.
please help
