Is this lawyers fees from when you were arrested? What a blow. Have you got all your belongings back now? Hopefully this is the end of all that and as you head back to Canada this time it'll be the start of a much brighter time ahead for you! Perhaps when you've had a chance to settle in in Canada you could think about whether you might benefit from some counselling to help you process the experience you had in Spain.
Hi Pi.R^2, yes these are the lawyers fees from when i was arrested. It makes it more painful to know that i would have paid mush less if i had been left in jail overnight and not disputed the charges.
It is holidays in Spain so i will have to wait until next week to get my belongings. I have my return flight to Canada booked for a few months from now. Hopefully this gives me enough time to settle things here.
I do think i need to see a therapist when i get back, hopefully it serves me to get past this.
