I'm afraid I don't have access to the name change request queue nor can I issue them myself or I would have already dealt with this. I still can't see your name change request even though usually I would be able to see it on your profile.
I will try and nudge our head moderator who is able to issue them. We're in a bit of a tricky stage at the moment as she's moving on from RYL, but I can't do the things that she can in terms of permissions so please do bear with us if things are taking longer!
