Whenever I fear it's coming back, I write a list of things that are different now, in a supportive way. Do you think that might be helpful for you? Are there any things you can do to turn your mind towards the light?
You wrote in your last thread about lots of stressful things going on. Sometimes, when there's too much stress, it can cause the scary psychosis symptoms. It might be worth reminding yourself that that's what's going on, and that things will get better.
