Can you tell your mum or another family member so maybe they can support you? Or is there any PRN you can take or other activity you can do that will help you stay calmer or safer?
I wasn't trying to say that they weren't real. I was just trying to ask if there was a way to separate them being real from them lying? I may not have worded that well. Like thinking they might be lying doesn't make them less real, any more than a human with a physical body lying to you doesn't make them less real. Like there could be a way to acknowledge that they exist and are telling you things, but at the same time that maybe those things are not things you want to act upon? Is there a way to do that? Like to say, I understand what you are telling me, but I am not going to agree/do that right now? Or is that not possible?
