Self harm is very unhealthy and if you really do want to stop, you need to try and look at healthier ways of coping with your self harm such as distractions. Maybe you are not ready to stop yet, only you can make that decision. You have to want to stop self harming. If you really do want to stop harming yourself then i advise you to make an appointment with your doctor to talk about things. Do you have anyone close to you who you could talk to?
