Hi Everyone.
I'm hoping to find support here and maybe give some if I'm able. I've have been on and off with SI and depression since jr high and am in my 30s now. Finally got to the point where I'm actively seeking help from my doc and a counselor. I was glad to find RYL while looking for additional support options. It seems hard to find other adults in the same situation.
I always thought I would "grow out of it", but apparently this doesn't work that way. I look forward to seeing more good information and help here.
