Yeh, laxative abuse can cause this as you can become dependent on them in a way where your bowels cannot contract very effectively without them so this could be the reason why.

Has it only been today you've been like it? Are the stomach pains in the centre of your abdomen around or just below your belly button?

If you're the same tomorrow or if the stomach pains worsen then you need to get checked out. If you press to the right hand side of your belly button just slightly further down and you get a sharp pain you need to get checked out straight away;that's a sign of Apendicitis. Also get checked out straight away if you suddently start to feel ill or if when you go to the toilet your faeces are black and tarry.
