She was so lovely and concerned about me yesterday. She's told me to take some time out and to look after myself and she didn't say anything about me emailing her. She's sent me some stuff to do until I next see her and also a audio file to help me sleep. And she was emailing it over when I was with her and she called me "Rainbowgirl" which is the beginning of my email which I thought was sweet. Got two more sessions booked in with her.
