Remember photos add weight too. I bet you didn't look disgusting at all.
I can relate to a lot of what you are saying and I'm sorry. Sorry I can't be of much help, but I am thinking of you and sending warm thoughts your way.
It's horrible when seasons/weather are triggers. We hope it stops raining soon. It's raining here too and it's cold (well cold for here).
