Well, i dropped down again to 15mg last night and did not sleep a wink. Not a single minute.
Still feel a bit spaced out today, but i made myself go for a walk and spent some time in the garden which kept my mind busy for a bit. I hope it all gets out of my system soon. I'm going out this weekend to something i have been looking forward to for some time, so i am hoping that i am going to be feeling alright. Thanks for your support everyone x
