Are you managing not to self harm? How often do you see your therapist? Are there things you can take from your sessions and use at home? (Sorry about all the questions). I'm sorry you're feeling low and not good about yourself.





I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.

You didn't come this far just to come this far.
