I don't really know how healthy this really is, but when I am really angry, and just wanna pick upa knife and hack, I tend to pick the least valuable thing near me and smash it to bits. just now someone i live with who can b really rude said somethin really harsh, and as soon as i got into my room, i picked up an empty college cup and just pegged it at my door. SMASH. i find it good to let the anger out as opposed to drawing and all the mellow things on the list. (not that these don't work, they just rarely work for me)
