A little update for you I saw
My cc today and she is going to arrange some trauma therapy after the investigation has finished so that I can process things in a way that helps me and doesn’t negatively effect my Mh. She also is going to liaise with the detective so that she can come with me to make my statement. My thoughts are still all over the place but I feel that with some support, it might not feel
