What is keeping you in bed? I think a lot of the time hiding away in bed can make things feel worse. Have you been practising and using your DBT skills? If counselling is an option then it might be an idea to take that option to see if it would be helpful, you might be in a different place to where you were when you used it before. Also, if they think you need more support then you might be referred back to the CMHT if that is thought to be the best decision. Do you think your mood is lower because of all the changes with your support at the moment? It will take some getting used to. I hope you can find a way forward.





I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
