it's only a theory, but I think the bulimia comment is supposed to mean that even though a person may empty the contents of their stomach, it doesn't matter, they can still gain weight depending on how much food has already been passed into the intestines; which is where it is really broken down and absorbed into the body.
but I can't say for sure, I only post the lists, I don't write them.
