I don't believe that exercise whilst underweight is a complete no no but any exercise needs to be considered carefully. Gentle exercises and generally better things like yoga and Pilates. If you speak to your gp or similar ormaybe a local gym they'll be able to give you a better idea about what exercise you can do and what food intake that would require.
