I am currently:
Insomnia/sleep and mood

I haven't been sleeping in the past week, and if I do, its between 20 minutes and 2 hours.
I've found that if I don't sleep at all I am actually more 'awake' the next day, instead of getting a snippet of sleep and being groggy in the morning and having clouded thoughts.
What is your experience?
