Seeing Pysch
I get very very scared of seeing pyschartrists I am being made to see one tomorrow at 12pm and I have to go. I'm really scared about it and I'm trying to talk to staff about it but they just said its routine when you are unwell. But what will she do? or say? what do I say??? I hope i'm not alone in this anxiety.
Also so sorry for posting a lot i have a lot in my head
