Thanks I appreciate it. I've been posting over in Serious just now, but I guess I'm not great. Better than last night but I've binged (again) and now am drinking. I even worked out the calories of my binge and kept right on going. I guess thinking I'm going to start a diet soon I'm a bit scared about being restricted... even though it's not "restrictive" in the sense of starving etc.
