Yes I heard it can be very cold and wet - even in summer. Everyone I have run across who has been to the ET has spoken highly of it. This year I know one group is:

" The Exemplary Wind Symphony Orchestra at the General Military Staff of Mongolia in cooperation with the Military Song and Dance Academic Ensemble"
