I don't know much about treating burns sorry but didn't want to leave this without a reply.
On the
NHS page on Burns it suggests not using any creams on the area whilst they heal.
It might be worth popping along to a local pharmacy and seeing if they could have a look and recommend any otc care or alternatively whether they think it needs looking at by a nurse or doctor.
