i got a few more ideas that distracted me.
they kinda random but hey.
./write down whatevers doing your head in on a piece of loo roll then flush it away all gone.
./get a can of deoderant and spray words on a door up close. its like grafitti. if your asthmatic i dont sugest doing this tho.
