M+S do wonderful bras and I think you are better paying for quality, by all means wear the cheaper indoors relaxing but if you want fir =m steady bras that last you a while m&s. If you are a bigger size like I was Bravissimo could be your next bet.

I tried groups, didn't work out just made my depression a lot worse.
