Just been catching up and was just going to say worrying about worrying is like saying don’t think of a green elephant your brain will automatically go there so try do some mindfulness if you can and just be in the moment or allow yourself 20 mins of a day to have a worry and then get on with other stuff o know they sound silly but sometimes it helps me
