In response to various people, my brain decided to have its ine good day in ages during my appointment, so im a little concerned i came over as being a sane, sensible and not-needing-help type individual. The one time i didnt want to. And then went crazy again pretty much straight away it was over. But, thanks for asking, ill say what they decide
